Sapphire FL
The Sapphire FL includes customizable optical modules with exchangeable lasers and filters. This design enables precise excitation across the UV to NIR spectrum. It offers 5–1000 μm resolution, extended dynamic range, and a software-controlled focal plane. As a result, researchers can detect both subtle and high-intensity signals with accuracy. Furthermore, the system supports live-animal imaging through multiple anesthesia ports. In addition, an optional chemiluminescent module provides femtogram sensitivity for protein detection.
Sapphire FL+
The Sapphire FL+ builds on these features and adds support for Phosphor Imaging of large storage screens up to 20 × 40 cm. With laser excitation and PMT detection, it delivers outstanding image quality and dynamic range. Like the Sapphire FL, it accommodates Western blots, gels, tissues, and organs. Moreover, it maintains high resolution and adjustable focus across all sample types, ensuring consistent results.
