C1200 Series Chemical Resistant Diaphragm Pumps

The C1200 series from Wiggens delivers dependable vacuum performance for laboratories working with aggressive gases and vapors. This series includes multiple models, such as the C1200 and C2000, and offers robust, chemically resistant laboratory equipment for precise vacuum control across South Africa.

 

C1200 Model

The C1200 model suits compact setups that require moderate throughput. It achieves a vacuum down to 1 mbar and a pumping speed of up to 120 L/min. With corrosion-resistant wetted parts, it withstands harsh chemical exposure. Its quiet operation, overheat protection, and easy maintenance make it ideal for daily laboratory applications like filtration, drying, and solvent removal.

 

C2000 Model

When higher performance is needed, the C2000 model delivers. It offers the same 1 mbar vacuum level but increases pumping speed to 245 L/min. This model is perfect for large-scale or high-throughput laboratory tasks. Like the C1200, it combines chemical resistance, low noise, and operator-friendly design.

Both models support vacuum control via manual valve or external vacuum controller. As a result, they offer flexibility and consistent performance in a range of laboratory setups.
