Smart Interface and Ergonomic Design for Efficient Lab Work

The LCD Touchscreen Controller offers intuitive operation with clear icons and easy menu navigation. It features a digital timer ranging from 1 minute to 999 hours and 59 minutes. The transparent top window with LED lighting allows for easy sample observation. A forward-sloping lid and gas spring supports ensure smooth opening, convenient sample loading, and minimal disruption to internal conditions.

Temperature Control

This incubator supports a wide temperature range:

  • ISF-7100 / 7200: Ambient +5°C to 80°C
  • ISF-7100R / 7200R: Ambient -20°C to 80°C

 
Thanks to microprocessor PID control, the system ensures accurate temperature performance. With three-point calibration and automatic tuning, you get consistently reliable results.

High Shaking Speed

Achieve shaking speeds from 30 to 500 rpm. The incubator’s orbital shaking motion—25.4 mm for ISF-7100/R and 50.8 mm for ISF-7200/R—ensures thorough mixing, even under high-volume workloads.

 

Enhanced Performance

The unit features a Direct Drive (DD) brushless motor and triple cam system, offering maintenance-free operation with minimal noise. High torque and smooth rotation improve efficiency, while smooth acceleration and deceleration prevent sample spills.

 

Uniform Temperature Distribution

A high-velocity fan ensures even temperature distribution and rapid recovery after door openings. The air-tight silicone seal and lockable door provide excellent insulation and sample protection.

1) In the case of plastic flask clamps mounting, deformation may occur at temperatures over 40°C. Stainless steel flask clamps are recommended when using over 40°C and high temperature environment.

Dedicated platforms

When using a single flask size only, the dedicated platforms with pre-installed clamps provide maximum capacity. 250mL and 500mL clamps are standard but other sizes can be available.

An alternative method for securing vessels to a shaker platform. Ideal for containers such as bottles and dishes that cannot be held on the universal platform with conventional flask clamps. For safe operation, gradual RPM increase is recommended.

Gateway

Establish Jeio Tech Network by Gateway. No computer use is required at all. Remote monitoring of operating status through a mobile phone is simply available when you place a Gateway in your laboratory. Maximum 4 units can be connected to Gateway by RS-232 cable.
