The Stackable Shaking Incubator from Jeiotech is a premium space-saving solution for laboratories in South Africa. With accurate rpm and temperature control enabled by microprocessor PID calibration and temperature auto-tuning, it ensures precise conditions for your experiments. When combined with the optional LC GreenBox, users can remotely monitor experiments via the LC Connected mobile app for added flexibility. The intuitive color touchscreen simplifies operation, while high-brightness, energy-efficient LED lighting improves visibility without heating the chamber. A built-in countdown timer supports continuous operation for up to 999 hours and 59 minutes, while a spill drain port helps maintain a clean internal environment.

The LCD Touchscreen Controller offers intuitive operation with clear icons and easy menu navigation. It features a digital timer ranging from 1 minute to 999 hours and 59 minutes. The transparent top window with LED lighting allows for easy sample observation. A forward-sloping lid and gas spring supports ensure smooth opening, convenient sample loading, and minimal disruption to internal conditions.

 

Outstanding Safety

Safety features are integrated throughout the design. The A-OT electronic over-temperature protection system, paired with an independent precision temperature sensor, offers reliable monitoring. As a backup, the B-OT mechanical limiter prevents overheating in case of electronic system failure. Smooth start and stop shaking reduce the risk of splashes or sample damage. The controller lock function prevents accidental adjustments, while real-time status displays inform users of any operational or system errors. In addition, overcurrent protection automatically halts the system if any objects obstruct movement, ensuring continuous safe operation.

 

Smart Self-Diagnosis

The unit performs real-time self-diagnostics to detect any abnormal platform or environmental conditions. If there’s a mismatch between set and actual rpm or temperature, the system triggers an alert, enabling users to respond promptly. It also identifies mechanical irregularities related to the shaking platform. After power recovery, the incubator automatically resumes previous operations, minimizing experimental disruption and downtime.

Dedicated platforms

When using a single flask size only, the dedicated platforms with pre-installed clamps provide maximum capacity. 250mL and 500mL clamps arestandard but other sizes can be available.
