Regarding firmware update, according to our Engineer, you’re advised to proceed it as given below:
Step 1 – Make sure that there should not be either file or folder in the USB
Step 2 – Make sure to put Firmware file only and proceed with update
If the link does not work, this can be requested from Cryste.
