Service Plan

  1. For every Service Plan sold the Aftersales Support Admin is required to create a  Service Data Template for the corresponding OC folder
  2. For every Service Plan sold the Aftersales Support Admin is required to create a  calendar reminder in the Aftersales Support Calendar
  3. The Title of the of the event needs to contact the “Proposed Service for Company name INVOICE#”
  4. The reminder needs to be set for 14 days before the anniversary date.
  5. Upon receiving the reminder, the Aftersales Support Admin is required to schedule the Service / Maintenance.
