Sales Processes: Appointments Scheduling
1.Develop list of customers to visit
– Sales rep to provide a list of customers to call so the admin staff can schedule
appointments.
– List needs to be given to admin staff by 9am on Monday for the following Monday to
Thursday appointments.
– A-List customers to make up 80% of the daily appointment schedule.
– Minimum of 9 customers a day.
– Reps to add all prior commitments to calendar. Including appointments discussed directly
with customer, installation, training, leave etc
2.Follow up on appointment scheduling progress
– Rep to follow up on progress on the Thursday before the week of appointments and make
necessary changes
3.Unscheduled Appointments
– All unscheduled appointments need to be added to the calendar no later than the close of
business on the day of the visit.
4.Campus Walk Abouts
– Please indicate which institute you will visit on your calendar
-Populate the appointment times at the end of the day
