Nucleic Acid Purification Systems – Auto-Pure 24, 48 and 96 from Allsheng are automated magnetic bead extraction systems designed for fast and reliable DNA and RNA purification from a wide variety of biological samples. The systems combine flexible sample capacity, rapid extraction, and dependable automation for routine molecular biology and high-throughput laboratories. Depending on the model selected, laboratories can process between 1 and 96 samples in a single run. DNA and RNA extraction is completed in as little as 30 to 60 minutes. Flexible sample capacity

The Auto-Pure range offers three throughput options to suit different laboratory workloads. The Auto-Pure 24 processes up to 24 samples with a maximum processing volume of 10 mL. For laboratories that require higher throughput, the Auto-Pure 48 processes up to 48 samples using 3 mL tube strips. The Auto-Pure 96 increases capacity to 96 samples using a standard 96-deepwell plate. Regardless of the model selected, every system uses the same magnetic bead extraction technology and automated workflow. As a result, laboratories can standardise nucleic acid purification across multiple applications.


Flexible Extraction and Sample Capacity

Depending on the model selected, laboratories can process between 1 and 96 samples per run, with DNA and RNA extraction completed in as little as 30 to 60 minutes. The Auto-Pure 24 processes up to 24 samples, the Auto-Pure 48 up to 48 samples, and the Auto-Pure 96 up to 96 samples using a standard 96-deepwell plate.

An open software platform allows laboratories to create, edit, and optimise extraction protocols for different magnetic bead chemistries and sample types. Features include adjustable mixing speeds, heating conditions, magnetic bead adsorption parameters, accurate temperature control from ambient +5°C to 120°C, and support for a wide range of compatible extraction kits.
