SYSBEL’s Flammable Storage Cabinets are widely used in automotive manufacturing, petrochemical, industrial manufacturing, laboratory, food industry, power industry, new energy and other fields.
Features:
- The self-closing cabinet doors will automatically close after customers take chemicals. If they need to keep open, they can be connected by fuses. In case of fire, the fuses will automatically disconnect, and the cabinet doors will automatically close, effectively ensuring the storage safety of chemicals in cabinets.
- The opening angle of the self-closing door safety cabinet reaches 105 degrees, which is convenient for taking and storing goods. The self-closing device can adjust the strength according to the effect, and the left and right doors can be completely closed according to the sequence.
- SYSBEL high-quality flammable safety cabinet is constructed by spot welding of double-layer 1.2mm steel plate. A good fire-proof insulation layer is formed between the two layers with a distance of 38mm.
- Ventilation devices on both sides can effectively reduce the concentration of volatile substances and prevent fire.
- The self-closing door automatically fuses and closes when the temperature reaches 74°C, eliminating the potential safety hazards caused by the non-closing of the cabinet door in case of fire.
- Resin powder coating treatment, bright surface, dust-proof, rust-proof and moisture-proof;
- SYSTEX three-point interlock reduces friction or mechanical sparks, and reduces electrostatic accumulation;
- Safety padlock configuration, double lock management;
- 2″(51mm) deep leak-filling groove to prevent leakage of liquid spillover, in line with leak-filling specifications;
- Unique overflow-proof laminates prevent accidental spillover of chemicals. The laminates can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the user’s needs and increase the space utilization rate at 6.5 cm intervals.
- In strict accordance with OSHA specifications, the cabinet body is equipped with electrostatic grounding conduction ports to facilitate the connection of electrostatic grounding wires.
- Continuous piano hinges make the cabinet door close and open smoothly.
