The CAB100 is designed for continuous monitoring and alarming of cleanroom and industrial areas. The cabinets provide centralized integration of transmitters with the Vaisala viewLinc Continuous Monitoring System. The Vaisala CAB100 is an instrument panel that integrates Vaisala’s world-class sensors for monitoring humidity, temperature, differential pressure and many other parameters into a simple, pre-configured cabinet.
This solution provides real-time monitoring, alarming and reporting with the Vaisala viewLinc continuous monitoring software. Cabinets are configurable to your application requirements, with options for differential pressure transmitters, analog inputs for the connection of remote transmitters and safety barriers to limit voltage in hazardous areas that require Intrinsically Safe devices. Cabinet devices can be changed or expanded as needed.

Key Benefits
- Fully assembled
The CAB100 includes: 24V universal power supply, circuit breaker, terminal blocks, internal cable management and factory mounting of all internal transmitter and barriers. The small cabinet has the option of using either 24V universal power supply or vNet data logger interface for Power over Ethernet. - Flexible design, easy connectivity
Designed for field upgradeability or expansion. Both large and small CAB100 models include the hardware required for wiring analog transmitter channels. All that is required is an Ethernet cable, a power cable and pressure tubing or signal wiring from the monitored environment into the cabinet’s transmitters. Networking options include Power Over Ethernet and/or a serial portserver. - One cabinet, multiple parameters
The large CAB100 allows a mix of parameters: differential pressure and analog devices with optional safety barriers or galvanic isolators. Small cabinets measure one parameter: differential pressure, analog, safety barriers.
