Freeze dryers of this series are designed for the laboratory or product development. Depending on the size of the unit, the free-standing units have an ice capacity of 5 to 40 kg and a footprint of up to 2.7 m². These units are equipped as standard with a vacuum valve for regulating the vacuum and a separating valve between the drying chamber and the condenser. In relation to the footprint, these units are characterised by a compact design. The cladding is made entirely of stainless steel and is therefore resistant to all commercially available disinfectants
Features
- Integrated vacuum pump
- Dual- chamber system with separation valve
- User – defined freeze – drying process
- Wall mounting (gas – tight)
- CIP (cleaning in place) – Spray nozzles mounted in the chamber and condenser ensure intensive cleaning.
- GMP-FDA compliant – Taking the guidelines into account, the systems meet the highest demands for production in compliance with cleanroom standards. The exact requirements are defined and implemented together with you
- Liquid-tempered shelves made of stainless steel – For an even and rapid temperature distribution, the shelves are flooded with brine oil.
- Closure device for vials – The shelves can be automatically moved together after the drying process to seal vials under vacuum conditions. The optimal preservation.
- Air or water-cooled refrigeration system – Depending on the installation site, we can design the refrigeration systems to be air-cooled or water-cooled.
- Wall mounting (gas-tight) – The front of the unit is installed gas-tight in a wall. This allows the service area to be separated from the production area.
- Oil-sealed and oil-free vacuum pump – If organic solvents are present, it may be useful to use an oil-free vacuum pump.
- Insulator- Glovebox coupling – The units can be connected to insulators via a connecting flange. Special designs are also possible.
- VerschControl systems, SCADA visualisation – We offer a variety of different visualisation and documentation systems.
- EX-protection version ATEX,solvent discharge – If explosive gas mixtures are present, the systems can be equipped with explosion protection.
- SIP (sterilization in place) (from sublimator 15) – Chamber and condenser are designed as pressure vessels, so that steam sterilisation in place is possible. Alternatively, H2O2 is also possible.
