The El-SMS-2G-TP+ is a high-accuracy temperature alert device that sends SMS (Short Message Service) notifications to a pre-programmed mobile phone number whenever the monitored temperature exceeds the upper or lower temperature limit set by the user.
Configured using the EasyLog SMS App (available on the App Store), the device can also send periodic summary messages including the minimum, maximum and average temperature it has recorded since the previous message.
The unit is battery-powered and must be fitted with a microSIM card purchased seperately to allow it to register to a GSM network. This wireless, mobile-networked device is perfect for use in remote locations (without access to WiFi) or for monitoring during transport.
